No, there are no setup fees. We do conduct an initial property walkthrough to understand your home's unique needs, which is included at no charge.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What if I only need service for part of the year?

Many of our clients are seasonal residents. We offer flexible scheduling and can adjust your service period to match when you're away.

Do you require long-term contracts?

We don't require long-term contracts. We do ask for 30 days notice if you need to cancel or pause services.

Are hurricane services included?

Basic storm monitoring is included in all plans. Full hurricane preparation (boarding, securing, etc.) is an additional service due to the labor involved.
